Once you have enjoyed the Manuel Antonio National Park and its beaches, we recommend you visit the Carara National Park, just 1 hour from Quepos – Manuel Antonio and very close to Jacó. This adventure hike through a natural sanctuary is a reserve full of biodiversity, dramatically different in terms of wildlife and plant species from the National Park in Manuel Antonio.

On this tour you will enjoy a relaxing several hour hike through a tropical rainforest with our highly qualified and well educated bilingual naturalist guides. Your experience in Carara National Park, unlike Manuel Antonio National Park, you will observe unforgettable giant Scarlet Macaws and extraordinary crocodiles resting under the Tárcoles River Bridge adjoining Carara National Park.

This full-day nature walk will allow visitors, families and large groups who have not driven from San José to Manuel Antonio to see for themselves the interesting and unique topography of Costa Rica's Pacific coast. Therefore, the round trip to said park will be by itself, just an experience in which you will pass through African Palm Oil Plantations, rice fields, farms and picturesque local villages.

To our clients we recommend the combination of this tour with the Rain Forest – Pacific Cable Car tour, which would have to be coordinated in advance to obtain a Special Price. Thus, you, your family or intimate group will have the opportunity to discover another Costa Rican treasure very close to Quepos – Manuel Antonio. We invite you once again to discover biodiversity and the delicate balance between conservation and ecotourism with Los Especialistas De Manuel Antonio and you will return as a new person in which we hope you will help improve this rare and delicate ecosystem.
