Take the Pan-American highway to the City of Alajuela, observing the Monument to the Farmer, the Monument to Juan Santamaría and the famous Parque de los Mangos. On the ascent to the Volcano we will make a stop for a brief explanation about our golden grain, coffee, and we will continue the tour through fern, flower and strawberry crops. In the Volcano you will take the necessary time to observe the impressive main crater, with sulfur fumaroles.
Later we will take a walk along the path to the beautiful Laguna Botos that will allow us to learn about the different ecosystems of the park. When descending from the Volcano we will take our time to have lunch in a typical restaurant of the area. Next we will visit Grecia, a beautiful city considered one of the cleanest in Latin America, where the only metal temple in Central America is located, a national monument that makes its inhabitants proud, as well as a visit to the Central Market, an example of life for Costa Ricans.
Later in Sarchí, a city called the cradle of Costa Rican crafts due to the abundant number of workshops that work with fine woods, we will have the necessary time to observe the artistic work of the artisans in the manufacture of the famous typical carts, and you will also be able to choose the "souvenir" to take home.
